The land is located on the fringe of the village of Silecroft in south-west Cumbria, approximately three miles west of Millom.

Take the A595 south heading towards Millom and approximately one mile after driving through Whitbeck carry straight on at the junction onto the A5093. After 300m take the first right to Silecroft. Continue around 500m through the village and take the first left signposted to South Field. Each lot will be denoted by the Selling Agents sale board.

All lots are freehold with vacant possession given on completion.

The appropriate Basic Payment Scheme entitlements are included.

The cost of transferring these entitlements will be 250 + VAT, payable by each Buyer(s). For the avoidance of doubt, the Seller will retain the 2019 payment in full.
